Cancellation and rebooking policy — MFF Museum

The following rules apply to booking tours and experiences in the MFF Museum and at Eleda Stadion.

Binding reservation

Once payment has been made, the reservation is binding. The Distance Contracts Act's rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of timed experiences and events.

Cancellation and rebooking
At more than 24 hours before the start of the experience, rebooking can in some cases be made by contacting the MFF Museum directly. Re-booking is subject to availability. Certain experiences may be subject to special conditions, such as experiences that require special planning or preparation. Any exceptions can be found on the product page of the respective experience.

Less than 24 hours before the start of the experience
Less than 24 hours before the start of the experience, the reservation cannot be rebooked or canceled. No refund is allowed, as the experience often involves preparation and costs that have to be covered.

On the day of the experience
If something unforeseen happens on the same day as the experience, such as illness, we ask you to contact the MFF Museum as soon as possible according to the contact details on the booking confirmation. As a rule, it is allowed to transfer their place to another person.

Tuned experience

If the MFF Museum is forced to cancel an experience due to unforeseen events, an alternative date is primarily offered. If this is not possible, the fare paid will be refunded. Other costs are not reimbursed.
