Terms and Conditions

Terms of purchase — MFF Museum and walking tours at Eleda Stadion

These purchase conditions apply when booking tours and experiences in the MFF Museum and at Eleda Stadion, arranged by Malmö Fotbollförening (MFF).

By making a booking, you accept these terms and conditions.

1. Booking, sales and delivery

Reservations are made through MFF's reservation system and are valid subject to availability. The number of places per walking tour is limited.

Once payment has been made, the experience ticket and order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Responsibility for the experience ticket passes to you as a customer once the ticket has been delivered via email. You are responsible for checking that the information in the order confirmation is correct.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

MFF reserves the right to correct any price and printing errors and to cancel bookings in case of obvious inaccuracies.

3. Right of withdrawal, cancellation and rebooking

The Distance Contracts Act's rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of timed experiences and events. After payment, the reservation is binding.

Cancellation with refund is not allowed. In some cases, rebooking can take place until the specified time before the experience, subject to availability and after contact with MFF.

In case of late cancellation or non-attendance, no compensation will be charged.

4. Cancelled or modified walk

MFF reserves the right to cancel or change the time of a walking tour in case of illness, safety reasons or other circumstances beyond the organiser's control.

If the tour is cancelled, an alternative date is primarily offered. If this is not possible, the fare paid will be refunded. Other costs are not reimbursed.

If the time is changed, the reservation is valid until the new time.

5. Access and Rules of Procedure

Collection takes place in the MFF Museum at Eleda Stadion. Visitors are asked to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start of the tour. In case of late arrival, participation cannot be guaranteed and no refund will be made.

Visitors should follow the instructions of the staff. MFF reserves the right to deny entry or reject visitors who behave disruptively, threateningly or drunkenly. In such cases, no refund will be made.

6. Safety, Liability and Insurance

Participation is at your own risk. MFF is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

For safety reasons, some spaces may be temporarily unavailable. Photography or filming may be limited in certain environments.

7. Personal data and marketing communications

In connection with booking, MFF processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). The data is used to administer the booking, execute the arrangement and fulfill legal obligations.

The personal data processed are name, email address, telephone number and, where applicable, address. The data is stored for as long as it is necessary for the performance of the contract and in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act. Data that is no longer required for this purpose will be deleted on an ongoing basis.

Malmö FF reserves the right to use the personal data provided in connection with the booking to inform about the association's activities, museum activities and future arrangements. Communication can take place via email or other digital channel. Personal data is handled in accordance with Malmö FF's privacy policy.
